Just ordered two pizzas from them and one is suppose to be "Light" sauce. Definitely was not light sauce I spoke to the manager... Shelly and she was not apologetic at all just basically told me you get what you get and she won't do anything. Added pics. Doesthat look like "Light" sauce ??? Read more
I've tried to get pizza three different times and failed. "Oh we're closing in 20 mins and we're out of pizza." Then the next... time "we're really busy so it'll be at least 30 mins" for one pepperoni ? Finally last night I called three times and no oneanswered after the web site failed to let me order unless I prepaid with a bankcard. They really aren't motivated in helpingpeople. I've ordered from this store 6 times in past 3 months. The 2nd time my order arrived I ran outside to catch the driver because... only part of my order was delivered the first time. He went out to his car and grabbed the rest of my order, apologized and allwas good. Every other time only part of my order arrived. I've called Little Ceaser and have spoke with 3 ppl now about it.Their answer is "oh its door dash fault". First of all, I didn't order through door dash I ordered through little Ceaser. THEYpassed it to door dash delivery. But I said ok. This last time, today, I stopped driver and asked her for the rest of the orderand she says its little Ceaser fault. I called store yet again and I've been told no one is gunna make it right or do anythingto prevent it from occurring again. No refund, no attempt to get the rest of order delivered, nothing.
