I'm no expert baker but I know how to make ciabatta. Whatever they're selling is not ciabatta. Baguette was good
I could go to breadsmith every day. My favorite is the almond poppyseed muffins-especially when they're fresh! Their hours are a... little inconsistent with the website (said open Sundays online but specifically not open when I showed up) but I am okay withthat considering the food is incredible. I am a very regular to this bakery! Just love the breads, would say best in WI in what I had so far! This Sunday, I just came 8... mins late due to traffic and tried to ask the personnel in the store to help, she just pointed out at store timings even withoutopening door from distance!it felt very awkward and rude ! I had to head back with lots dissatisfaction and had to drive up towhite fish bay branch which was almost 5 mike's from this and back to home would be extra 8 miles ! Just a suggestion being indowntown and being main branch, closing earlier ( 2pm) is not recommended! Read more
