Usually this dominos is really good but after this experience I don?t know what to say. My sister ordered xl pepperoni pizza... with green onions and a 16 piece bone in hot wings for our siblings. The woman sounded like she kept having a hard time withthis order. We asked her twice to repeat It. The first time she got it wrong the second time was right. When we picked up ourorder we saw that it was wrong and went back in to fix it. The women at the front told us it was an online order so she couldn?tchange it, but my sister told her it wasn?t, that she had ordered on the phone. She said she couldn?t do anything about it. Ordered a Mediterranean veggie sandwich. It had burnt on cheese and 3-4 pieces of spinach. None of the 5 other ingredients were... on sandwich. Called the store twice. I ordered 2 sandwiches. Both sandwiches was missing a significant amount of chicken, no cheese, no ranch and where is the bacon?... I returned them and requested a refund. I was told my refund couldn't be processed until the end of the night. I am stillwaiting for my refund. The level of unprofessionalism from some of the employees is insane.
