Always love Webbs. They were short staffed. Waitress was overwhelmed. Food was good
My husband's food came out before mine. He was finished eating before my food was to the table. My hash Browns were ordered... extra crispy and came out cold and soggy. My ham was burnt on the outside but cold. They completely forgot my toast. The sewerwas backing up in the bathroom and the smell was horrendous. The plastic cups that our drinks came in smelled like dishwater.The service was just terrible. The waitress had 0 personality. Won't be going here again. Read more
I feel for the lack of staff. The waitress was busy. But the restaurant was half full and I sat for 15 minutes at the counter... without any acknowledgement from the waitress. The buss boy/additional worker asked me if I needed something to drink but thatwas it. Last straw was someone walking in and being helped before me. Certainly an opportunity for training but I know I won'tbe visiting again. Read more
This is by far the best Webb's in the city for service and food. Everyone is always so nice and polite and they actually know... how to cook an over easy egg! The unique decor is fun to take in while dining as well! :) Read more
