Certainly not the cleanest of places. An open bin of sugar packets sitting on a shelf near the floor and the cabinet they were... in was severely water damaged. Carpet stained and the walls in need of fresh paint. Read more

Have been to better IHOP locations than this one. No one to greet us as we entered. Stood around for 5 minutes before a server... coming out of kitchen offered us a seat. We went on a Sunday afternoon around 12pm-2pm and it wasn't that busy we got a table in the back the server for our table wasn't... around too much but there was many servers since we were by checkout so there was always someone to assist us. We waited 5-10minutes before they asked if we wanted more coffee and the egg portions were off some had maybe a cup to half a cup and then myplate had about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of egg at this location their deep fryer was down so fries and crisp chicken were off the tableand our food was brought minutes apart 3-5 minutes Read more
