Drove to this jimmy johns since they have a drive thru. It wasn?t open so I had to go inside. Got home and the bread was hard... and burnt and neither subs came with cheese like stated. Won?t be back to this location. 2 stars because the employees wereatleast nice. Read more
Worst jimmy John?s I have ever dealt with. I submitted an online order at 10am for 12:30pm delivery. I didn?t get my food until... 2pm. I called in between to check on my order and a male ?manager? answered and told me I have been marked as a rude customerand my order will arrive when it arrives and they hung up on me. I called back and when I said who I was they hung up again. Icalled corporate about this and in order to get a refund corporate has to get the ?ok? from each individual store?
