The Jefferson St. location is terrible. I ordered online and they delivered to the wrong address. The delivery person then... picked up that order, from where it was incorrectly delivered, and tried to give it to me. DISGUSTING! Especially in the time ofCovid-19. (They also gave me an allegedly new order, but forgot part of that order.) I contacted corporate and was told thatthere was a credit on my account. There was no credit to my charge card. I contacted corporate again and they said the creditwas tied to my phone number for a future order. I ordered tonight, and surprise... No credit! I also tried to order from adifferent location and was unable to. I can't believe how I was lied to. I encourage anyone that reads this to go somewhere elsefor a sub. Ordered over the phone for lunch at 1:00 pm and had very specific delivery instructions (most delivery places leave my food in... my lobby where things are often stolen or they call me to meet them ~15 floors downstairs to get my food, which is fine howeverI was in a meeting for work today and could not leave.) My order was at my apartment door in 6 minutes, arriving at 1:06 pm (Ilive a 4 minute drive away). The sandwich is perfectly made and I am blown away at how fast the service was and they were stillable to provide quality food. So, I haven?t been to a Jimmy John?s in a while, but I was in the area and thought why not. As I walk in I purposely stay back... so I can peruse the menu, because again, haven?t been there in a while (I?m talking a few years). Theirs no one in line, orcustomers in the store, so I think It?s fine to take my time. While I?m deciding, I can feel the gentleman waiting to take myorder getting annoyed, at least that?s what his body language said. When I get to the counter to order, didn?t even get 2 wordsout before he yells (unnecessarily loud and obnoxious), ? your going to have to speak up because I can?t hear you?. Than aftereach side item I ordered I was asked very rudely, ?is that all?. My order was then made and tossed on the counter. SUPER SLOW & wrong order. Placed order online at 12:15. Food finally arrived at 1:10. Even for lunch time 55 minutes is SUPER... SLOW! Then to top it off the order was wrong. Super sad getting BBQ chips when ordered original. Driver was not wearing a maskwhen he entered my workplace - even with mandatory mask signs. Read more

I inform them I'll be paying cash and the call is complete. I think I will receive mylunch inn the next 40 minutes. I give an extra 10 minutes before I call back, to only discover the person answering my originalcall did not save my order. Instead of trying to resolve this past asking others the person on the phone just repeats, "we can'tfind it." Try some customer service! Apologize for your mistake and ask if we can redo the order and give a coupon! Something! Iworked in customer service for 20 plus years and this place is would fail any inspection I would normally give. Read more
