I was in the mood for fried chicken. My wife was was working, so it was just me. I Googled ?Best Fried Chicken in... Milwaukee.? Jo Jo?s just kept coming up, so I decided, despite living on the other side of town, I?ll go there! So I drovefrom Whitefish Bay to Jo Jo?s. It was well worth the drive. I went in, ordered, had some laughs with the owner, employees andfriendly neighborhood customers, while I waited for the fresh chicken to be cooked to order. That?s how they do it. Didn?ttake long and I was happy to have it freshly cooked anyway. The chicken was amazing! Golden and crispy on the outside andjuicy and cooked to perfection on the inside. Not greasy. Just flavorable and good! If I would change anything, it mighthave been just a tad on the salty side, but certainly nothing that would stop me from going back to take out more.
