Have you ever gone to a place where you think this looks like a bad location, then you were right! That's this location. I... arrived with two cars ahead of me in the drive thru one of which pulled out and didn't order. I asked for a breakfast mealsince the display of the people in front of me had ordered breakfast. I was told that they were no longer serving breakfast. Ok fine ordered a nugget meal and was told it will be a 10-15 minute wait since they haven't started cooking normal food yet... While waiting a member of staff asked me to go to the curbside pickup space. While another car was blocking the path. Thestaff came to my car and asked me to drive over the curb with my vehicle to park in the curbside pickup spot. I had informedthem I would not do that and would wait for the car Infront of me to move. After waiting for my food I had a large fry, and 8nuggets of my 10 piece meal, on top of no sauce to go with it. Never again Read more
They give me three different totals for my order. They overcharged and gave me back my change in all pennies. Four people... including the manager, the service window, the girl running the register and another guy couldn't figure out that 4.77 is lessthan 5.00. Food was hard and biscuit was half raw. This has to be the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to! Front counter customer service is hilarious, yes a JOKE. The... crew is too busy disgusting their activity the night before to pay any attention to customers waiting in line to place an order.I never heard the n-word you so much. Then you would think when the restaurant manager Sharon, comes to the front she would atleast acknowledge the presence of the customers. NO, she engages in the conversation as well. Once a customer say something tomake their presence known. The whole crew, including the manager gets upset at the customer. Read more
Only two times in the last year did I have absolutely perfect service from this location. Possibly racist (b against w)... employees.. situations like this happened countless times here. One worded, lazy toned, sentences in my interactions whileordering and paying.. the person who handed me my food, looked at me and scoffed down their nose smirkingly before smacking thefood in my hand, quickly shutting the window as I was the one saying "Thank you, have a nice day". It felt that I was given thissort of treatment bc of the color of my skin as there is no other reason for such poor customer service. I dont care whatneighborhood I'm in, McDonald's employees ESPECIALLY need to learn to treat everyone equally and kindly. I'm moving and am happyto say I am no longer using this location. Read more

As you can clearly see on the pictures, this was ordered to NOT have lettuce on it, but they chose to make it however they... wanted. Then they wonder why they're paid the way they are.....On a positive note, the front-end staff and manager on duty wasamazingly pleasant. Read more
