Wow, I can?t believe my eyes. I paid 14.00 for this meal. This is what I received a half of a place that looks like it?s been... chewed and spit out out. Every time go to this Paneras the food is horrible. I do not have this experience at other Paneralocations. Read more
I placed a rapid pick up order for bagels before the store even opened for the day. By the time I got to pick up my order, it... wasn?t even ready and they ran out of bagels because no one saw my order. How do you run out of bagels for an order that wasplaced before opening? Hardly any apology was offered and I had to ask for a refund before they even offered to do anythingabout it. Manager said ?Sorry, we got busy. I don?t know what you want me to do.? Eventually they gave me a random assortment ofbagels and a refund so that?s why there?s 2 stars, but it was a pretty disappointing experience for a wedding day. Read more
I used to be a regular customer at this location but sad to say this will be the last time. When this store first opened, they... had so many helpful workers and the store was kept clean. But lately, they have less workers and the ones that are there aren?tdoing their job. The tables are never clean and the bathrooms are locked. I ordered a pick two with a side of chicken and wildrice soup and when I picked up my order from the counter for a second I thought they gave me chicken noodle soup. Nope, it wasindeed my chicken and wild rice soup which was so watered down and had a few pieces of veggies and chicken. My mom ordered asandwich that was supposed to come with avocado and it had such a tiny sliver - what a joke. My Caesar salad tasted stale/dressing didn?t taste fresh. I spent $60 on my order so I left highly dissatisfied. Will not be coming here again. This storeneeds better management and better workers. Read more
