Although this location was probably the cleanest Qdoba I have ever visited, the employees were possibly the rudest employees I... have ever encountered in the restaurant industry. My family and I entered this particular Qdoba nearly 3 hours before closingon November 12. We were celebrating the birthdays of three ladies in the family and had some gifts with us to open. When wewalked in, the employees seemed incredibly irritated and began whispering to each other. We asked if anything was wrong andthey did not respond. When it came time to order, I was told we could only order bowls. I asked if they had run out of otheringredients, and the employee purposely ignored me. My family and I went to a different restaurant, and I never did find outwhy we were only able to order one option from the menu. Read more

Unfortunately I?ve had two different experiences with the manager at this location. I don?t even leave google reviews but after... the second time of what appeared to be racist energy I had to leave a review. 1st encounter was from my nephew who interviewedhere from this same male manager who was just meeting my nephew for the first time and during the interview explains how he doesnot want drama in the establishment while also offering a very poor pay rate for an 18 year old male with experience, as if hedeserves pennies and would bring drama because he is a young African American male. My nephew explained how unpleasant he feltduring this interview process and he could tell he was not wanted. My personal encounter just occurred today, I walked in theestablishment to place an order and the same male manager was on the front line, looks up at me gives me a very dry ?hey?andcontinues to do whatever he is doing. Im the ONLY customer in the store and have to sit in awkward silence waiting for him totake my order or even give a simple ? I?ll be right with you? or anything would have been proper customer service. The encounterwas NOT pleasant and after literally standing in from of him for a very awkward moment without any regards to my presence Ifinally just walked away and left the restaurant. AGAIN the same UNPLEASANT UNWANTED EXPERIENCE MY NEPHEW HAD ENCOUNTERED FROMHIM BEFORE. I?ve been in Tosa all my life and enjoyed this establishment as a teenager, but who ever this manager is, trulyneeds some more education in proper customer service etiquette. I will not be returning to this location again. I would hate tolook into this establishment more and find more issues with the customer service of the African American customers as well aswhy I never see African American staff regularly. FIX IT! I came in 10 minutes before they closed, which as someone who?s worked in restaurants I?ve always tried to avoid doing, but I... had a late day and was just trying to get some food before I headed home. When I walked in the girl told me it was too late, Iasked if they closed at 10 and she responded: ?Yeah, but you should have still came in sooner.? The other employees told me theyput all the hot food away and that the store on miller parkway closed at 11 and told me to go there. This usually wouldn?t havebeen the biggest deal but one of the girls was really rude. I don?t expect this review to go anywhere because with this kind ofbehavior, I assume the management is probably also sub par. You should probably change your sign in front if your staff isn?tgoing to follow through on the hours. Read more

Came in yesterday around 4:15 pm after my Grandma's Funeral. Just my husband and I, no other customers. No greeting, just... silence and they made our surf and turf bowl. We got to the end and I remembered my cousin wanted chips and queso. So as she wasfinishing the bowl I asked for chips and queso and she went to get it. A young african american girl yelled, "HEY" from behindthe counter about halfway down. I look over and there are 2 ppl in line behind me and she's holding up a sign with an attitudepointing to it. It says "order queso and chips at this point" and was about a foot down from where I had ordered. I saidokay? Sorry that I spent my day crying and forgot to order queso until the end...it's sauce in a bowl and chips in a bag. Shemade sure to SCREAM AND POINT so that she could humiliate me for not seeing the sign. The attitude is so disgusting every timeI come in. I just pray they stop treating people so badly every single time they come in. They all need to be let go and juststart over. Read more

Johnathan really made my experience today at Qdoba great. Line was a bit long when I got in but he continued to work and serve... with a positive attitude. The speed of service I received from him was amazing. Had not so good of an experience before thisvisit but johnathan definitely turned things around for me. Amazing guy. Will definitely be back.
