At the drive-thru, I spoke clearly when I ordered my drink. It was handed off hot and a smaller size. I told them it was an iced... venti and he said it'll be a few more minutes to make your drink again. Then it got handed off as a grande and when I told thegirl who handed it to me That it was supposed to be an iced venti drink, she told me she would have to charge me the differenceto make it a venti even though I clearly ordered it the way I wanted it to begin with. How do you not know how to make a caramel frappe! My drink was so nasty I took my time consuming it and only drank a little and... threw it away. I even paid for extra pumps of caramel syrup, not the drizzle but the syrup and it still came out nasty like how!The chunky girl at the window was rude and had horrible customer service skills. This Starbucks is by the worst in the city. Their lobby is hardly open. They hardly ever have order ahead available. Whoever... manages this location should be replaced. I think they're incompetent about how to run a business. Everytime in the morning whenI try to get to get coffee it never works out. This place is by far the worst starbucks I've ever went to. Just had to pull offfrom the drivethru line. I wonder how much $ this place loses from people not coming back. Read more

I ordered online for pick up once before came to the store they would... not open the door did not understand why they would even accept online orders if they was not going to satisfy them had to pickit up from another location.
