the good is GREAT. but it's a hit or miss. Other dishes are meh. For a takeout joint, they need to work on their "crispy" fried... items. The BAD Crispy Squid - had a really nice flavor, but it wasn't crispy. It was wilted. And on arriving home, we saw thatit was sitting in a pool of oil. Mind you, this smelled soooo good in the car on our 10 minute drive home. But perhaps they needto work on frying it and laying it out on a rack so the oil is pulled out. And to also try frying twice, a method used for areally crispy taste in many restaurants. Coconut Curry Wings - the coconut curry was great. I have a mind to try their currydish separately. But the wings were also greasy and wilted. I didn't see a pool of oil like the squid, but I think that's onlybecause the curry hid it. In fact, I put 2 of the wings in the air fryer the next day, and it still wasn't much better - that'show oil infused it was (they need to up the frying temperature) Having said this, there are still great dishes in thisjoint. the GOOD Nam Khao This is my go-to dish here. The rice here is crispier than the crispy squid lol I had it at mediumheat, and it was perfect. Pad See Ew I wanted to try their drunken man noodle, but saw some pictures and it looked so bland forsome reason. I'm used to seeing them coated in a red. I think they just don't use much of the red pepper flakes. So I opted forPad See Ew instead and asked for extra hot. It had a nice heat to it, even though you couldn't tell from just looking at it! Sonote to self: skip the fried items, keep the nam Khao. Remember their spicy dishes aren't necessarily red. Oh, and their LaoSausage is NOT a blood sausage. Read more

While the experience was nice, the food was a tad bit salty. The dumplings were flavorful but the wings came out less than... favorable for my liking. Read more

Stopped into the Brady Street location and was surprised. I really enjoyed the decor and space. They were running a new special... with a beef brisket pho and it was very enjoyable. I would definitely come back to enjoy the pho and the polite conversationwith bartender Mandy and the owner. Read more
