The guy behind the bar, kind and lovely, kept... reminding about prices and charges (3$ for 5 small additional slices of bread "but it is a very good bread". Agreed, but, bruh,charging a little bread?) of anything we asked, and I think transparency is very good... But in the end, he charged automaticgratuity. With a wonderful speach about "I think optional gratuity is wrong", and he charged 20%. Twenty percent, yeah. In acountry where 10-15% is the average you give, right?
