Skyler was so courteous and gave us great service. It was so nice to see a smiling face rather than a bored teenager behind the... counter. She even acknowledged my 8 year old daughter, who has debilitating shyness, was psyched to have been treated like anadult. Skyler waved and said "goodbye" and "come back soon," as we left. And we certainly will be back soon. I dont care ifthere is a closer sub shop. Im driving to this one. Its funny how something so small like picking up a sandwich can turn yourday around. I have had an issue TWICE in the last two weeks. 1) on July 4th the store was closed but the app allowed me to place an order.... The restaurant on the 5th pushed the payment. Only refunded AFTER I contacted corporate. 2) tonight I ordered with the appagain. This time I was informed that they could not connect with the server. After 15 mins of them calling someone and talkingoff and on, I asked if I could just show them in the app that I paid and what I ordered if I could get my order, it took themanother 10 mins talking to someone on the phone to agree. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET SUBWAY TRAVEL THE EXTRA FEW MILES AND GO TOANOTHER STORE. THIS STORE IS CLEARLY NOT WORTH YOU VISIT. Read more
