I called to see if the inside lobby would be opened and what time it would be opened, the employee who answered my call told me... they would be opening the lobby at 11AM, well 11AM Rolled around but they failed to open the doors on time. In fact for 30 wholeminutes the doors remained locked, finally I called them back up to ask what their deal was, to which they replied, our lobby isclosed today but please feel free to walk through the drive-thru, to which i replied go to hell, I will be doing no such thingat all. I ordered three cheesy bean and rice burritos with extra rice, lettuce, onion, potatoes and a little creamy jalapeño on my... receipt it didn't say extra rice I checked my order and indeed it didn't have extra rice and they put tomato instead ofpotatoes, my order was by drive thru I went to ask for the dining room to fix my burritos to be charged for the extra rice. Thecashier in a bad mood told me that I did not charge the rice, the cashier turned around and completely ignored me, the cook madethe burritos again but without extra rice, which also ignored me, I spoke to the person in charge and She just said that theburritos were going to be made as the receipt said. He told me that I could buy three sides of rice separately, I replied that Iwanted the rice inside the burritos, he just replied that it is not possible, he took my order and went to the kitchen, Idecided that I did not want the order because it bothered me the attitude of the employees was great, I turned around and wentback to my car, when I was leaving the manager came out with the order and threw it at the car, it hit my car I stopped andreturned to ask that the violence was not necessary because my car was not to blame and what they did was close the dining roomso that I could not enter, it is a shame that employees have that type of behavior and I would like them to give follow up onthis case, because your customer service is unacceptable Read more
