The employees are so kind! We went there for the novelty of it while my family was visiting, but then were pleasantly surprised... by how good the donuts are! We went fairly overboard on our pickup order, and then were offered extra fresh donuts for freebecause they were past their prime... but tasted absolutely perfect. We also got some sweet merch! After giving up on thecrazy-busy location in the scarier part of downtown Portland, we were very pleased when we found another one without the waitand loved our visit to this memorable spot. They not only... gave me a refund, but filled the box with different donuts and when I offered to pay for them, the guy told me it was all FREE!These guys are so awesome. This made our night!
