Literally the worst service I've ever experienced. Their food is decent, but not worth the price of waiting 40 minutes for an... appetizer. Calling an order in to go is no better, they rarely answer and when they don't start cooking your order until afteryou arrive to pick it up. Read more
Best Mexican food around! My family and friends meet up at Fuentes for dinner almost weekly. The QuesaBirria tacos are our... favorite. We also always start with the Fuentes Queso for appetizer. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. My daughter hasautism and is a very picky eater and Fuentes always allows modifications to my daughter's meals. Yes, customer service really sucks these days. I still give a good tip to the employees; the few who show up to work that... is. The food is decent, but the service has definitely gone downhill. Not necessarily the fault of the employees or possiblyeven management? But it still is what it is! I?m evaluating my experience at this Mexican restaurant. it?s very slow. I walkedin at the latter half of lunchtime, and sat alone at the bar seating almost 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. Made myorder to go, while sitting there and having a couple of beers. Last two times, not even provided with chips and salsa, as hasalways been traditional here and at most Mexican restaurants. I asked to pay extra and take some salsa and chips home with my togo order. Acknowledged, but not provided. twice now in the past two weeks. The bottom line is that service just sucks. Andsadly, it is a part of the times. And it sucks in most places.
