Walked in excited to try this place. We were told to stand elsewhere to order. We did, 15min passed. No one asked us what we... wanted nor if we were being helped. I went to ask again where we go to order and told us we were standing in the wrong place.(2feet wrong) no one on the line and we still were not being helped. There were a bunch of girls behind the counter chitchatting. I guess they make too much money they were not interested in helping us. Walked out with nothing. Read more
When I go here and go to pay, this older woman always rounds up my total to take more money. I know it is only a few cents but... they should be telling you the correct total and give you the correct change back. I can't speak for all of the employees butthe one that helped me the last few times I have been there. There are so many businesses now that charge more for using acredit card but they are still charging more when using cash. Their prices already went up and they are still asking for more. Reminded me of that old Wendy?s commercial, WHERE?S THE BEEF?!? Waaaaaay to pricey. I ordered the ?Big Bird? and my expectations... vs. what I got were way off. Sandwich is tasty but for $13 it was severely lacking substance. It was basically Russian dressingwith lettuce on a roll. I grabbed a 20oz soda and it also rang up at $3.40!!!! Not a 2 liter but a 20oz. Service was good but Idon?t think I?ll be going back there again. There are better deals for similar quality available elsewhere. The service is awful. Staff is not friendly. You can?t order ahead on weekends but when you call during the week or try to go... online they say they?re short staffed. This has been going on for months and I feel as tho management has just trained them allto say that regardless or how busy. Breakfast for 3 people costs almost $35. So you?re expected to not only spend that but waitin an insane line to get sloppy made sandwiches from an unfriendly staff member. 2 thumbs down! Read more
