Terrible experience this weekend. Purchased a big Mac with cheese using the drive tru service. Parked car and began eating the... burger and realized the burger had no cheese. Went back to the window and the staff seemed to doubt me even though I had thereceipt. Asked for the manager who asked to see the original burger and she said I ate part of the burger and said nothingelse. I looked at her and had to explain I didn't realize the order was wrong until I took two bites and she said well youalready started eating it and again didn't offer a replacement.
