Best place to go in Minerva!! Food always hot and fresh, prices are very fair all the food you get, drinks are great as well.... The staff are like family, always make everyone feel welcome. Don?t go to Taco Bel!! Come here for similar price, more food andmuch better food. Read more
We are regular patrons, always tip well and usually like it here. Last night we decided to try a new margarita that was on... special. It was terrible, straight tequila and no blackberry taste at all. We told our server how bad it was and apologized andasked for a different drink. She brought us a different margarita we liked and we asked to have the other ones taken off thebill since we didn?t drink them at all and they were 14.99. She said she could ask the manager. She then told us the managersaid no and she was too busy to come to our table to talk with us about it and we could ask when we went to pay. So we went topay and told her we really didn?t want to pay for these drink that we?re gross and we didn?t drink. She refused to take them offour bill, offer a discount of any kind or even some sort of apology. I have worked as a server before and we always made sure wedid SOMETHING when the customer was unhappy. She proceeded to tell us it was our fault we didn?t like them and that?s too bad.She asked us if we wanted to pay for our bill and we said no we don?t think that?s very fair. Then she threatened to call thecops since we wouldn?t pay our bill. So not only was the customer service in this situation horrid but the fact that she wouldthreaten to call the cops over 14.99 when we come there at least once a week was crazy to me. I feel like they really don?t careabout their customers at all. I would have rather left and extra 15 dollar tip then paid for a drink I tried that I didn?t like.She could have at least made it a price of a regular margarita there or maybe attempted to add more blackberry flavor to itsince it was a new special they were obviously trying. I?m so sad that we won?t be returning to one of my favorite restaurantsin our small town. I have never been treated this poorly in my life as a customer. Read more
Just went to Que Pasa and got the special margarita (we go in every week) and it was terrible and we refused to drink... the Margaritas it was so terrible and we still got charged for them.....we went up and asked nicely to not be charged for a 14dollar drink that we didn't drink and the manager was overly rude and said it was our fault for ordering something we didn'tlike ! ???????? I've never seen customer service so bad in my life. She never apologized or felt bad in anyway. My Mrs and I had a great dinner. The service was prompt and friendly. Our server was knowledgeable about the multitude of menu... items offered . Pricing was reasonable and the portions are ample.The restaurant appears clean. . I'm glad we stopped at QuePasa . We will eat there again soon.. Read more
