I read about this restaurant in an article and since I love pasta, I didn't want to miss out. They don't accept reservations. ... Because I was dining alone, I was quickly seated at the bar. And as soon a I sat down, I was given some water, a variety ofbreads and oil & herbs. The server came to take my order rather quickly. The one thing I didn't do was peruse the menu longenough or ask questions. I selected a safe option and I've been kicking myself about it ever since. I selected the seasonalpasta, Olive Ripiene and a glass of Lugana. The pasta was good, but my seat at the bar gave me a bird's eye view on every dishthat came out. There were so many different types of pasta. By the looks, I think I would've enjoyed the #4 (beef short ribs) or #15 (crab ravioli)more than what I selected. Oh, but let me rave about the Olive Ripiene which are olives stuffed withItalian sausage and deep fried. They are served right out of the frying so they can be hot, but they are heavenly. If it'swithin your diet, they're a MUST TRY! I don't normal get dessert, but I treated myself to a berry crostata. It was reallygood, but I was so stuffed that I couldn't finish it. As I sat after dinner, I observed the "pasta station". The kitchenhave perfected this operation and it runs like a well oiled machine. It's s sight to see. This restaurant is located in areally nice area outside of the city. FYI - I took an Uber out and the price to return to downtown nearly doubled on the wayback. So, I'd suggest if coming by Uber to come earlier. I left around 7 pm and there were so many people seated outsideawaiting a seat. If ever I come back to visit, I'd most definitely come back. My wife & I had dinner at Broders this evening (10/21). This particular night was special because we were celebrating our 3rd... wedding anniversary. We have driven by Broders on a number of occasions always saying we wanted to give it a try, so we figuredtonight was a good opportunity! It was very busy, so we ended up waiting around 50ish minutes for seats to open up. While wewaited, we sat outside by the fire and enjoyed a glass of wine that was recommended by Collin at their hallway bar. He was veryknowledgeable and kind, helping me select what I thought was a great red wine. We eventually got seated at the bar and had thepleasure of having Rocky as our server. Though it was busy, he handled it like a true professional! My wife & I shared a smallcaesar salad, which was great. I enjoyed the small bit of anchovies that came on top, really added to the salad in myopinion. My wife had the Fettuccine Con Manzo (#3 on the menu) while I had the Pappardelle Con Coniglio (#20 on the menu). Forboth dishes the pasta was cooked perfectly. The beef tenderloin in my wife's pasta was wonderful & really went well with themushrooms! My pasta had rabbit and it was probably the best I've had. We both recommend each pasta dish! For dessert, we chooseto share the Bestia Nera (flourless chocolate cake). We also ordered our own lattes. It was the perfect way to end our evening! The cake was delicious and paired well with the lattes. Overall, we both were happy that we got to have a great meal in a greatenvironment for our anniversary. We will definitely be back! Read more

I had the privilege to be served by Rocky at the bar. The food “ Fettuccini Con Manzo “ was delicious and the wine pairing ... that he recommended was delicious. I sat and watched the noodle chef pan sauce plate after plate of authentic Italian pasta. The inside can be loud and seating is limited so plan accordingly. It was everything I expected going in but I was definitelyimpressed with the service I received so 5 stars ??. Read more

We've been wanting to try Broader's for a while and it didn't disappoint. They don't take reservations, so be ready to wait a... bit. We came in on a Friday around 5:10 and the wait time was around 30 mins. The service was great and our waiter helped uswith their menu. Waters were topped off at all times. Drinks were good and priced right. My wine was good and reallycomplemented the entree. We got the Burrata's appetizer and it was good. I just wish the cheese had a litle more salt. Theentrees were the highlight. The 2 pastas we ordered were really good and cooked al dente. Very flavorful with layers and layersof texture. For dessert, we got their tiramisu and it was very good too. We will have to come back multiple times to try theirdifferent pastas. Keep up the great work guys. Read more
