Normally not one to make poor reviews but opening time online says 10:45 am, sign on the door says 10:45 am. Me, my wife and my... newborn daughter are outside in the cold from 10:46 am until we left and went to a different location at 11:00 am after 3 staffmembers saw us and still refused to come unlock the door. If you want everything that Chipotle offers, do not come to this one. It was dirty and they didn't even have tortillas. That's... like going to Burger King and them not having burgers. The parking lot is always flooded by the rain. They didn't even lookunderstaffed. Read more
I went in here for the first time in months and all I can say is it?s about time someone stepped in and started seasoning this... food, I don?t know if there?s a new manager or whatever but this new team is amazing, first time I?ve really enjoyed chipotleyears; usually this place never cooks the rice through or seasons the meat properly but these new folks got it right. I had tostop eating to post this review because the quality has never been this good almost any chipotle and I?ve been coming to thislocation since it first opened over 10 years ago. Read more
The staff are great and awesome. No matter how busy they are the staff will do their best to get your order done. I witness an... employee go to the back get my online order a side of his guacamole, that was for side orders for my burrito. THEY WERE OUT onthe mainline! ???? Seriously busy, but seriously good staff and food. It'll take while but... Worth EVERY DOLLAR! I won't rateagainst them cause I've seen these staff get yelled at by petty customers, with myself and others defending the staff. So, theonly bad thing about this place is the one once in 50 entitled customers of all backgrounds thinking their money is morevaluable than respect. You'll see that here. But the staff stay professional and get orders done. The management needs torecognize that and pay the stay more. Read more

There were chunks of cartilage in my chicken tacos. So the next time, I thought I would play it safe with veggies tacos. It... arrived made of torn up tortillas. Given that the half tortilla placed on top had a small amount of rice and beans, I think theyrealize it was tacos after making it as a burrito and just broke it up. They are frequently out of ingredients. Poor management,poor customer service, and poor quality control. I hope they get a good manager there soon! Read more
