Pro tip for staff - if an online order comes in, and you are out of something that was ordered/paid for, let the customer know... when they come to pick it up. Not when they get home. And have to come back. Just refund them the money at the time of pick-upand let them know. That way the rest of the meal isn't cold when they get back home to finally eat it. SMH Read more
I think this is the worst burrito I've ever had anywhere, chipotle or otherwise. Between that and the rude employees this place... is just awful. My burrito was cold 5 minutes after pick up, the rice was hard, and it was literally like 40-50% sour cream. Itwas barely edible. Just awful. I like Chipotle, but this location is consistently and reliably poor. Corn is frozen and unseasoned, barbacoa is primarily... gristle, steak is overcooked, chips are chewy. If you order online and they are out of an ingredient, there is no notificationor effort to substitute it. None of these are one-off issues. Steer clear and go to Town Hall instead. Read more
