We were at the bar for happy hour, it was my first time there. The sausage pizza and Brussel sprouts were recommended so... that’s what we had. Fantastic! We then recommended them to another guest trying to decide what to order and she enjoyed themtoo. We’ll go back for sure. Read more
A friend of mine and I shared a caesar salad, a giant meatball appetizer, and a personal sized pepperoni pizza and we loved all... 3. The marinara and the mozzarella cheese were high quality. The sauce was a tiny bit on the salty side but really good. Caesarsalad had a respectable amount of anchovy, super delicious. Service was good and the ambiance was fun and a little snazzy. Let me be clear: I loved visiting this spot so much and would absolutely go back. The vibe was quirky and cool (the lit up steam... “fireplace”!), the unique cocktails, the beautiful badass decor, the elevated bar food, the great service, theaccommodations… All of it worked! I bumped it to a 4-star for a few reasons: 1) they were weirdly out of a lot of food/drinkitems, 2) the pizza—although tasty—was super chewy, 3) the cocktail I had (which looked so cool! Check the attached photo!)was bland, despite the promise from the ingredients and look of it. Oh, and 4) looks like they need to fix their floors…thankgod they had rugs down, but still. Anyway, I truly hope to see this place succeed!! It’s in a really great location downtownand has the feel of a fantastic spot to meet up with friends and grab some late night grub (the Brussels we’re KILLER!!!) anda drink. Read more
