I ordered a pizza and chicken today, but the pizza was missed a slice and two chicken wings. It?s terrible that someone touched... my food and take a slice from it. Not satisfied today?s service at all. I called to inform them, but they are not cooperative aswell. Read more
We've lived in the neighborhood and have ordered from this store for 25+ years. No more. It's just sad what this store has... become. The last 2 times we've ordered from here the food has been seriously undercooked and I just don't think that a carry-outorder should need to be corrected 3 or 4 times. Had delivery. Pizza was ok, but undercooked. Got the brownie, aside from being burnt, there was parchment paper/wax paper stuck... on it. I've been on hold trying to get someone on the phone for close to half an hour and no one is picking up. *UPDATE* Droveto the store, while still on hold..closing in on 45 MINUTES at this point . They're making a new brownie, but wow, what aninconvenience. UPDATE (again) The replacement brownie had paper stuck to and baked into the bottom of it. We gave up and justtossed it.
