Tried the Muddy Tiger for the first time while at Bad Weather Brewery in Saint Paul. Wow! The first bite was one of those that... made me groan with the deliciousness and familiarity of it. I have never been to India but this food felt like home in a lovelyway. The combination of flavors was perfect and the slaw gave it a light freshness that is surprising. Excellent authentic Indian street food option in the Twin Cities! The vada pav with that garlic punch and those coriander seeds... was on point. Took me right back to my Pune days. The tawa chicken was absolutely delightful. The kheema pav could have beenspicier. I will come back for vada pav and tawa chicken. Did not get to try sabudana vada though - must have been great sincethey were sold out. PS - The owners are genuinely nice people. The lady offered a bespoke non-spicy version for my friend withminimal tolerance to spicy food. Thank you for the generosity! Read more
