Had to find someone to cater a loved one's (my father in law) funeral on short notice. He and his wife had been customers for... years. With about 24 hrs notice Anne put together enough food to feed 80 people. She was incredibly understanding and helpfuland actually came to set up and serve the food herself. Hog Wild sandwich + sweet potato side and a meat platter with dill potato salad. The bbq here is amazing and so worth it!! The... only thing I didn?t like was that the sweet potatoes came with a big dollop of butter and brown sugar on top that I had to scoopout, but other than that the bbq was AMAZING! Make sure you try the different bbq sauces they have to offer. Our favorites werethe Chicago, the cowgirl and the special sauce! First time trying this place. I tried the dry rubbed wings with cream corn as the side. They were both very good. I like that... there were two different types of corn in the side dish. I will be back to try the ribs. Read more
