Once I moved down here, I wanted Pizza Hut as the one where I lived was horrible on every level. This place was great in the... beginning, manager lady is always nice and gives you a heads up on the wait, but the food is starting to go back down to "PizzaHut levels". I have already shared my experience about the horrible food/service on 4/8, and the horrible service leading to police being... called by cashier. I would like to inform you how customer service should work. Per your corporate #, I gave Pizza Hut anothershot. This time from 1101 Hennepin Ave location. Door Dash screwed up the order, so I went to the store. Of course due to myexperience with your store, I went in ruffled. They immediately offered my money back or to remake my order. I chose remake. Absolutely the best pizza hut! everything fresh made to standard. Decided to come in to the store for pick up. The gal in there... tonight was epic! We have been getting some pretty sketchy pizza delivered by where we live. So happy we decided to stop here!we will definitely be back! ya gotta try them cinnamon rolls!
