I give full marks to the service attitude of this restaurant because I ordered this noodle when I didn't know the noodles in the... chow mein was hard, but I was stunned when the bowl came. I tried a few bites and it didn't suit my taste, so I went to thewaiter and they were willing to help me change the food I liked. We stopped in with the whole family-four kids and two adults. We were seated quickly and we ordered a couple appetizers-the... chicken wings and the egg rolls. I'll be honest in saying that they came out suspiciously quick, so they were probably cookedbeforehand, but we were astonished at the flavors. The appetizers were absolutely fantastic. For our mains, we ordered twotypes of phó, a combo fried rice, and some type of rice noodle salad. Again, we were stunned by the complexity of flavors. Mywife and I both agreed that this was one of the best meals we've ever had, and we own a restaurant. We live about an hour awayfrom the cities, but we would make the drive just to visit again, which we will very soon. Thank you to the staff who put upwith our crazy kids. You handled it well.
