Our food was good and the portions were huge. A large selection so everyone got what they wanted.
They overcharge the price when you order in store, and the service is terrible. I ordered the dream of tahini bowl with extra... chicken, but they charged me a byo with extra falafel. They charged me over 30 dollars for two bowls, but I can order the exactsame dishes on app for just 25. After consulting, they insisted the price is different between in store and online. The managerarrogantly told me that I can find customer service, so I am here. Read more

Worst experience at a Roti. I arrived at 1pm to get lunch. I was told "20 minutes until we have rice". So I left and got coffee... and came back. It was 1:25 pm when I returned and the team there was still telling me "20 minutes until rice if you wantCauliflower rice it will be an UPCHARGE"....I watched as a nurse came in right behind me with a mobile order and they waited forher to actually get there before canceling it. People only have an hour on lunch and I was patient, I waited 30 minutes to orderand this place upcharged me. Feel real bad for the nurse. Avoid this place. Read more

Edit: Thank you for your reply! I actually was going to delete my review after I went back and your staff went above and beyond... to fix my sandwich and it was delicious. Good healthy hearty meal. It was horrible weather that day too so I appreciate thatRoti was open at all. Roti is always generous with their portions so I knew that if I just went back that they would fix it.
