The St.Paul Bagelry in Mpls - What a fun little bagel shop ! Super fresh bagels for the whole family- no rubbery eggs pulled... from the freezer here- they have a griddle where they fry the eggs to order. We enjoyed the vegetarian breakfast bagel calledthe Donna Ross- we ran into a customer on our way in, she had her arms full of bagels and said the cream cheese here was reallygood- a must try, so I scoped the menu to find a bagel that included it and went with the Dianna Ross- yummm- garden veggiecream cheese, Swiss cheese and loaded with all the veggies- including jalapeños. My son went with the classic breakfastsandwich called the Isaac Hayes - a plain bagel, with an egg, bacon, provolone cheese and real butter - he loved it and said?mom, we have to come here and get this again? . They also have a full on espresso machine so I couldn?t leave without trying alatte. Perfection. What makes this place fun is the music - next to the espresso machine they have record player and playvintage vinyl records of soul, jazz & funk. Best bagel place I?ve seen in the city so far. Can get busy at times, but the wait is worth it. They have a great variety of... both bagels and spreads. They also sell Day old bagels which are a great deal for bringing home. Highly recommend. Read more
Great prices!! We had 2 sandwiches, 2 bagels with cream cheese, 1 bag of day old bagels and 1 large container of raspberry cream... cheese spread and 2 drinks for around $30. The everything veggie bagel sandwich was amazing and the apricot almond spread wasdelicious. We found are new favorite restaurant in the cities. Read more
