Well I hate to knock Taco Bell, but the order was wrong, and than I went back to have an argument about what I ordered and what... the employee heard. Aka. customer is always right. So I was upset for not very long, more irritated about the argument andhaving to go back. Read more

The past 3 times I have ordered here, they forgot drinks and 2-3 items in each order. When I called to speak with them, they... said it was the drivers fault. If the driver is at fault, why am I constantly missing items? Is the driver packing the ordernow? Management needs to accept responsibility. One time, I get it. But to consistently forget items, come on! Manager was veryrude when I called. 8/30/22 Dropped to 1/2 a star. This is the worst Taco Bell. They don?t GAF about customers or thecleanliness of their establishment. Surprised they are still open. The lady wearing the pink hat and glasses is very rude. I acme in to place an order and she completely ignored me. She wasn't... working, she was on her phone. As I'm staring at her trying to get her attention, she spoke to everyone who come in the door.Then when I asked for help, she says "hold on" (the person she was on the phone talking to) and rolled her eyes.
