I?ve heard so many great things about this place, so my family and I decided to finally give it a try. To say that we were... disappointed is an understatement. There was no flavor to anything at all. Not the fries, not the cayenne chicken sandwich, theNashville ?hot? wings, the club sandwich? nothing. Everything we ordered looked as though it were sitting under a heat lamp fora couple of hours. The only remotely consumable item we purchased was an Oreo milkshake. I know that working in the food serviceindustry is really difficult, and I?m sure the employees in the kitchen are just following a company given recipe and have nosay in the ingredients, but where is the flavor? After spending close to $60, I was really looking forward to having a nice mealwith my family. I?m not leaving this review to be mean or rude, because I know that it is not any one specific locations fault.A lot of people here love eating here, and I respect that, but it?s just not somewhere I can see myself returning to in thefuture. My wife and I have visited and come to love this restaurant a lot in our time it Minot. They have always had good customer... service. Recently we had an even better than normal experience and that?s thanks to Flip Armstrong, the store manager here. Hetook our order and was extremely pleasant and hospitable. He brought our order out to us and got us sauces after we forgot toask for. Very pleasant and nice man. Makes sense why the customer service here is so good. Read more
