Today they had 1 employee answering the phone, ringing people up and making pizza. Grubhub had to cancel order because drivercould not wait. Order had not even been started by the time they arrived. Last night I ordered two pizzas. 1 small veggie, and 1 medium all meat. When the pizza was delivered my boyfriend opened the box... for the medium all meat pizza and it was veggie. Upon reviewing the receipt to make sure the order showed correctly we checkedthe small pizza and it was correct. My boyfriend called the store to explain what happened and immediately the store told myboyfriend to call Grubhub for a refund. My boyfriend told the guy this isn?t a Grubhub issue, I don?t want a refund I want theright pizza. Only when my boyfriend said he would call back to speak to a manager did the guy offer to make the right pizza. Myboyfriend absolutely loved Marco?s Pizza..not anymore!
