This is the WORST Chipotle that I've been too. I've been to a lot of them and this is by far the worst. The restaurant is always... dirty and the employees there are rude. I've tried giving it a chance since I just moved to the area. I already told my son'sthat I'm not taking them to this Chipotle. My experience of this Chipotle is the worst, once again. I really don't know what it is with this location, but they are just horrible, horrible, horrible. Majority of the staff seems... miserable to be here, and they're very rude. I really recommend to refrain from going here, it's better off driving out the wayto a different Chipotle location. Do yourself a favor. Read more

Ordered 4 burrito bowls. Proportions was completely off on one it basically looked like a salad that?s how bad it was. The rest... were missing toppings like guacamole which is extra so weren?t so happy about that. Everyone was hungry so we decided just totake the worst one and let them eat while we went back thinking this was an easy fix hey people make mistakes we?ll just havethem remake this one and get the guacamole that we are missing. Nope. Talked to a woman at the register who claimed to be themanager she told us she couldn?t remake it unless all the bowls where there. Not just the one? Nope they all need of it to bethere. Can we get the extra guacamole that is missing? Nope. While talking about the proportions she told us ?actually wedidn?t have to give you this much? then proceeded to pull out (I?m not even kidding) a salsa cup saying ?this is technically allwe have to gave you. This is actually a perfect bowl?. Mind you she now keeps touching the bowl and holding it up while she?ssaying this. I was kinda speechless on not only how rude but confusing this was considering as we?re talking there are othercustomers walking by with bowls absolutely stuffed none of which asked for extra toppings while she?s basically telling me Ishould be grateful for the amount I got. I?m paying the same price as everyone else yet getting completely half of the amount.Story doesn?t stop there though. She told us to do a complaint online so we could have it fixed. So we did. They gave us a buyone get one free meal? so have to pay an extra $14 to fix YOUR mistake and pay another $4 for guacamole in place of the ones youalso didn?t give us that we had already payed for.
