If you are looking for poor customer service, rude, deplorable behaviors from staff & manager: This is your spot. If you dare... bring to their attention, their poor service practice, do not wait for accountability, and customer support. I ordered lunch,the food was salty, not freshly made; consequently, I informed the manager's, and cashier who took the order. They quicklybecame defensive, shouting, raised hell, and failed to course correct their poor service. What a waste of money! Read more
Why do all good things have to come to an end?? For years!! I have been a customer of this restaurant. I have always been... impressed with how fresh and tasty the food was…and I stress, was. Today we purchased dinner with same enthusiasm we have hadfor their food. Not only was the person at the front desk not personable but the food was dry, the beef chewy and it tasted likeit was cooked at 5:00am this morning. Purchased a jumbo vegetable fried rice and found a bug in it. At the time we found it, they were closed so we could not call.... When I called them They refuse to take it back or refund because they said we should have called from the same day. Read more
