So I just came from this Dunkin Donuts and had the worst experience. The person who took my order was rude. When I got from the... drive thru to the cashier I simply reminded her of the lemonade that I did not see. She got upset by slamming her fingers on thecash register and rolling her eyes. The level of disrespect was so unfounded that I preferred not to make a scene. Instead Itold her nevermind and immediately left without taking my items. I have a love hate relationship with this store. It?s on my way to work. So I keep going to them. They have missed up my... order 2 times and I didn?t realize in till I got to work. My advice is to just double check your drinks before you leave andhopefully your not picking up for someone else. Which was my case. Read more

Place is conveniently located on my way to work so I would use the drive thru occasionally to pick up a bagel and a coffee. 9... times out of 10 I got an old toasted bagel so today I walked in to place order in person. I waited and waited. I asked again andagain and 25 min later got my bagel but with the wrong creme cheese on it. Not a big deal you may say. Yup, same here.
