I will not be back to this McDonald's. The service was very slow especially for mobile order. The customer service was lacking... due to the restaurant being short staffed. When I received my order 20 minutes later my fries were cold couldn't finish themdefinitely not worth the wait. Read more

This place is complete garbage. The entire staff is incompetent I try don?t know where they find these people. Sign says the... dining room closes at 11pm yet they always shut their doors by 9pm. You?re not making gourmet food it?s hamburgers and fries andyet they can?t even get that right. The owner should truly be ashamed of himself and his establishment. Twice I order large coffee and received medium. And food was so cold. and frozen drinks ice melt. Not excusing missing items.... Reporting to Uber without recourse, only sorry you was disappointed with the order. I call the Miramar/ university McDonaldstore, Phone ring endlessly, and once they answer the phone, you?re put on hold for 30- 45 minutes. Most time I end up hang up.I finally drove to the location the rumpus disruption among the employees was outrageous I just leaved. I wish I get my properorder. This location is so unprofessional, they should close it down. The menu is limited EVERY SINGLE DAY??They also hold up the line... after 11PM purposefully to rid the line of customers.
