Absolutely loved our experience on the Solaris for our wedding reception. The food was fantastic and the staff was both... attentive and accommodating. Lindsey was my coordinator and she decorated everything beautifully, the DJ and his wife were bothawesome! Can’t say enough about how great this experience was. My husband and i took our two 6 year olds to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary. It was a great time from start to finish!... Really good food, amazing live entertainment, attentive staff, a great lively crowd on board to enjoy the evening with... also,shout out to the captain for entertaining our girls with a meet and greet/photo! I would highly recommend it for any celebration(birthday, wedding, anniversary, etc...or a just because outing!) We all had a great time. My only suggestion from theexperience - please offer maybe at least 1 more option for the kids dinner entree. The cheese pizza was decent, but some mayhave kids with lactose intolerance, gluten free, whatever... maybe this rotates im not sure but just a suggestion! Read more

So I went to Florida for a family vacation and we decided to try this yatch dinner experience with Solaris-- I didn't know what... to expect at first. I tell you when they served dinner, and told us we can move around the deck, it was on! The view wasbeautiful, the sunset looked like what you see in the movies, man I felt like the black Jack Dawson...."Don't let go Jack" lol!It was a beautiful experience, I danced, drank, laughed, took pictures, and drank some more!!! Our experience from start to finish was exceptional. Working with this team was amazing. (They did the work) They made out dream... a reality. Our guest were wowed and can’t stop talking about the how beautiful everything was. The chef was on point and thebartender the girl is bad… The music was great lit we danced til the last song.. Best Wedding Venue EVER!!! We got married on the Solaris on the 23rd of April and it couldn't have been better experience. I... worked with Courtney during the planning process and Lindsey was my day of coordinator. Both were fabulous; especially Courtneywho was able to somehow plan the perfect event with minimal input from me. I literally sent her my colors and a few ideas ofwhat I liked and she did the rest. The food was great; we had shrimp n grits and the roasted turkey as our entrees. I suggestadding the passed appetizers if you do an evening cruise; our guests are still raving about the filet mignon crostinis. We usedthe house DJ and he was great as well. We did add an extra hour to our cruise (there was a special at the time we booked) andwe both were wondering if 5 hours might be too long because lets be honest no one is leaving early. However, we were so glad wedid! It may sound like a long time but it turned out to be perfect. After the wedding a lot of the party moved over to RumRunners and we shut them down. Since the wedding several people have told us it was the most fun wedding they have everattended; which means a lot to us because that is what we were aiming for and the Solaris team helped us make our dream cometrue.
