The view from the balcony is gorgeous. I love the blackened grouper and the girls had fried shrimp. However the staff getting... into the resort, parking, was horrible. We made a wrong turn trying to get to the restaurant and the security guard in his 70'swas very unfriendly and even I made him actually do his job to tell me where to go rather than just turn me around he wasagitated. The restaurant does not have adequate AC, no matter the wait, try to get seating outside. You won't regret it. Thefood was really good however stick with beer and soda. All the mixed drinks including the kids virgin Pina colada, and my wife'smoonshine tea were watered down. Our drinks could barely taste the alcohol. I highly recommend the grouper sandwich. The hostesswas amazing, however the rest of the staff tended to care for the people outside rather than the customers sweating inside. Iwould go back following my advice on being outside. I think the review would have been 4 stars. The drinks were verydisappointing. Read more

Not a lot to choose from on the menu, slow service, mediocre food, and more suited for people coming from the beach & pool. I... rarely ever give 1-2 stars, but unfortunately I had to for this restaurant. This is my family?s first time within the Sandestincommunity and this is the first restaurant we chose to check out with it being right next to our condo. We waited about 5-10minutes for the host to show up to the desk until he told us we?d have a 45 minute wait, but he stated that they usuallyovershoot their predicted wait time? which is correct because it only took about 20 minutes before we got seated. My party of 5was seated in the back side of the restaurant away from the ocean view, but that didn?t really bother us? what did is how low &somewhat uncomfortable the chairs were at the table. The chairs are outdoor chairs (even though we were indoor) but I supposethey are that way to withstand people coming in from the pool/beach. After sitting down, the server took about 10 minutes totake our drink order, then another 15 minutes to take our appetizer order, then another 20 minutes to take our food order?bottom line, the service was SLOW. And unfortunately not very friendly either. Checked up on us maybe once. As far as the menugoes, there?s not much to choose from. Our appetizer was the cheese fries?which was fine, but they literally only put like 4bacon bits on there. Definitely low tier cheese fries. For my main meal, I got the Gulf Shrimp & Crabmeat Pasta, which washonestly mediocre?I couldn?t eat it all because I could already feel the heartburn coming (mainly due to the spice). I also hadsome of the Beach House Nachos, and I personally liked those better than the pasta. Were they great? No, but they were ok. It?sdefinitely a hefty serving too, so they seem like the perfect dish to split with another person. On top of everything, the foodwas EXPENSIVE for was it was. Overall, this restaurant is probably more suited for people coming from the beac Read more

The view of the beach is great, though the place itself is a little dated. I had the pulled pork sliders and while it tasted... good, it came out cold. Service was fairly quick and our waitress was attentive. Read more

Great views. Slow time of the year as it was late January, but the beach and water have never looked better. Service was good,... food still solid. Recommend the Grouper bites and they provide more than enough for sharing. Read more
