great location! huge bookstore. the only thing i felt was lacking was a supply of postcards. They had a nice indoor mural I wish... I would've taken a photo of. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful while also not pushy. The store was clean and prettywell organized. Read more

The store looked very nice but my problem was with check out. Please help your workers with math. I bought a magazine that came... up to $15.78. So I gave the cashier, which was a older gentleman $20.00 bill and was about to give him change. When I handing itto him he said," To late" at which I laughed thinking he was just joking but I guess I was the joke when he handed me $4.28back. I know it may seem like a small thing but I am big on not walking around with over a dollar worth of change in my pocketespecially if it is because someone doesn't know or care to do basic math Read more

I was told by a friend that I should get a kindle and was told that they sold them at this store. So I called the store to see... if they had any available and was told that that was an Amazon item. I didn?t know that at all because I was told by a friend ofmine that they had them and she told me that they had a little center in the middle of the store that sold them. I was in themiddle of my apology for wasting his time and he hung up on me while I was still speaking. My mother was in the room with mewhen this happened and thought it was really rude that he did that so she called back to speak to a manager about this. Rickanswered the phone and my mom ended asking to speak to a manager and HE IS THE MANAGER. So she goes on saying that it was veryrude of him to hang up on me and that I was just asking about a product. She was still speaking to him and he hung up on usagain. We were not yelling, we didn?t cuss him out, NOTHING. I get that this product wasn?t sold there and I still do feel badthat I wasted his time, but he didn?t need to be like that.
