Clean inside, mostly friendly workers, but they need to work on their service. Took them a bit to get to me at the front after... getting here, not to mention iv been waiting almost 20 minutes for my 3 biscuit sandwiches. Read more

This Burger King location is in a convenient location, and the food was great. I enjoyed the service and I would not personally... complain about it. However I will say that there is a way that local Hoosiers talk that is no-nonsense and if you didn't grow uphere, you might find it rude. For example, I came through recently and my husband's car is loud. The woman taking orders in thedrive-thru basically told him that his car was too loud and he was gonna have to yell because she just couldn't hear him. Andshe didn't say it in that cheerful, fakey voice that is prevalent in customer service. She used her, "look here, cousin" voice.I don't find that rude, I find it honest. (And as a former fast food worker, I KNOW it's honest - sometimes we can't hear overthose loud cars!) Plus it's one of those things that reinforces the feeling that we live in a tight-knit community. What I'msaying is, if you come here, and the food is good, and the service is quick, but someone was blunt with you - try not to beupset. Food was fine and service inside. I tried to use the drive through but the employee taking orders was only responding to the... other lane. Frustrating. When I parked and complained inside it sounded like this employee commonly did this and she didn't seemto care. Service had usually been better since the renovation. Read more

We stopped at the one on Lincolnway in Mishawaka near the dam , didn't get what I ordered , which was a simple whopper Jr with... cheese & bacon , didn't get either on sandwich , ordered a chocolate shake , it looked like a vanilla shake with a scope ofchocolate and not even mixed . My wife went inside to order , there was only 1 car in drive-thru , and they waited on the next 4cars that pulled in drive-thru and didn't wait on the wife until all the drive-thru was empty , won't be going to that one again Read more
