The lady taking the order was quite rude. She had one of those personalities where you can tell she does not like her job or... maybe it was just a bad day. The food was warm and well it was McDonald's so not much to say on the taste as they all prettymuch taste the same. The frappe was made well tho. For those that work fast food, please know that most of us know that it's notthe greatest job but everyone has to start from somewhere and just try to stay positive. I'm sure you don't serve the mostthankful patrons but just remember that hurt people hurt people so just stay positive. Read more
No one in drive thru, two people in front of us pulled away without ordering. When we got to the speaker we waited a couple... minutes before we were told to hang on. Waiting at the speaker almost 10 minutes before they finally took our order. Got a hotfudge sundae, which is now almost $3! Didn't even have hot fudge all the way around the top. Have tried a few times to use the drive up early after 5am. The workers are slow, unmotivated and just really do not care. You... wait for at least 5mins at the speaker before anyone says anything to you. It would be understandable if they were busy,however at this time this never are.
