It's a Subway, food is the same as the others and is perfect for what it is. The only issue is that they don't honor the... valuable promotions of coupons. They limit what coupons they take and even then limit the selection of subs you can apply on topof that. Haven't been to any Subway since that change. Read more

i?d give zero stars, this lady started wrapping my sub up and i told her that i wasn?t done and still wanted a couple more... things, she just stared at me and hugged and continued to wrap it up, i told her again, i?m not done i want more stuff on mysandwich and she just stared at me and continued to do what she was doing. every since the family that runs it came it?s gonedownhill. there is only one worker there that is wonderful and she?s a teenager, she?s wonderful but everyone else is horrible.go to the one on 12th street in charlie?s, never had a problem they are wonderful and know how to make a mean sandwich. Lady working tonight must be having a rough night yelling at her employees etc and not thinking clearly . I ordered a boss... sandwich she starts preparing something with steak I figure it?s not my sub . She takes it out of toaster and asks what veggiesi want I tell her I ordered a boss not whatever she is making . She points at me and says ?You said monster ? to which I tellher I did not . She says it again . Ma?am why would I lie about what I ordered . She puts sandwich aside and starts angrilypreparing the sun I actually asked for. After it?s pulled out of toaster she doesn?t even ask me what veggies I want wraps subcompletely before I can get word in and puts it aside. I?m already tired of bickering about a sandwich so I leave it alone .Whoever was working tonight needs to work on her customer service badly . Probably not going to this particular subway everagain .
