(July 2020) Service was great, very friendly and welcoming place, but the food wasn't very good, in my opinion. I ordered the... philly cheese steak sandwich with tater tots. The meat was disgusting and had a freezer burnt taste to it. The onions wereun-sauteed and basically raw, the mushroom I requested were canned and almost nonexistent, they put green peppers on my sandwichwhen I specifically asked them not to, and the sandwich was extremely overloaded with a flavorless processed shredded cheese.The tater tots were also burnt and inedible. It was an unenjoyable meal. (Updated Review January, 14th 2021) I decided to givethis place another try while staying at the resort this week. I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger with tots, the chili nachos,and the Wisconsin macaroni and cheese. The burger was good. I asked for medium and got well done, but the burger was wellseasoned and had good flavor. And the tots were golden brown and crispy the way they are supposed to be. The chili nachos werealso good, but a bit on the spicy side. I?d recommend having different levels of heat and posting on your menu that the nachosare spicy, and I?d love to see a seasoned ground beef(not chili)option as well. Unfortunately, the Wisconsin macaroni and cheesewasn't very good. The breadstick it came with was burnt, and the cheese sauce tasted like it was a powdered or cheaply cannedsauce that had a very unpleasant taste to it. I really wanted to like it though, macaroni and cheese is one of my favoritefoods. With some very small and inexpensive improvements, you will have a great dish. Very disappointed. I had reservations for 2 weeks and after waiting for 1.5 hours I asked about how much longer the wait would... be. I was told that I was on the walk in list. WHAT? Why send out confirmation emails if you do not honor the reservations? We were starving and decided to leave. I heard it was another 10 minutes before they called us for a table. I also heard thatthe omelets were runny and they ran out of prime rib. I will NEVER go there again and NEVER recommend them. Read more
