Gave my neighbor a ride to work and he bought me breakfast.
This mealtime pickup and delivery to the car at a designated parking spot is a joke. They do not answer the phone or come to the... car to deliver the meal. I didn't get any updates on the order for when it was ready and no information to let me know I neededto come inside to pickup my food. The person didn't even know about the parking spots. I called the phone number 7 times and noone picked up. The food is better than the customer service but maybe not because they messed up the sushi order too. Read more
