Late review. Placed an order Oct.30th for curbside. Followed the directions on the app and watched it progress. After it showed... "ready", waited another 15mins with no service. Called and spoke to someone who said it wasn't ready yet and would be another15mins. Delivery driver asked if I was waiting for an order, said yes and gave name. He looked on the monitor and said therewas no name like that on there. Then 5 mins later my food was brought out. Upon opening it at home, pizza and Stix were barelyroom temp(drive home was 5 mins), and the food was rubbery. Emailed the store with a complaint and was contacted by the manager,Nat. He provided fantastic customer service and very responsive and offered to have meal remade. Picked up new meal Nov.5th andit was great. Everything tasted as it should. I was looking for something gourmet and delicious in comparison to the pizza chains that taste like cardboard. This is... phenomenal. We got the buffalo chicken pizza?the chicken was nice and crispy and buttery the sauce was perfect. We got thecheese sticks and garlic butter and they were awesome!
