Guy was complaining he wanted to leave, then proceeded to take and make each member of my crew's orders one at a time. Took us... twenty minutes to do what he could have done in five. Then got upset when he set a cup on the counter for a doordash and wemistaked it for ours. Read more
Out of beef patties when I went.. the employee on break told me in the parking lot and the cashier warned us first thing, so... that was nice. The chicken sandwich I got was 90% breading. It was super dry and reminded me of cardboard. The fries, howeverwere FRESH out of the frier that was good too. If like to think this was a one time deal. I've never had these issues at anyother Wendy's. But I don't think I'll be taking my chances at this one again. Read more
I visited the restaurant at around 3:30 p.m. Their point of sale machines were down so was told cash only for this trip, not a... problem. I've come to the conclusion, if anything about your experience or purchase is questionable or makes you uneasy, it isokay to let that business know. I've given multiple businesses pass after pass, considering maybe there are some staffing issuesor maybe some new hires, but they, the business, can't always use that as the reason service or quality declines. My order was$20.38 for two nuggets meals and a strawberry frosty. I felt my money was wasted. I chose this restaurant and location based onrequests of children and where we were headed. I was asked to pull forward and wait for a few minutes, only to receive partiallyburned nuggets. The kids ate what they could and tossed the rest. What was tossed was the equivalent to another 10 piece nugget.Very disappointing.The fries were okay and the strawberry frosty was just alright but the nuggets were supposed to be the starof the meal and it was a major fail. I'm in love with the bourbon burgers. The staff at this location is always super friendly and makes me laugh every time I... visit. Wendy's breakfast beats all the other options for fast food breakfast. The food might weigh the same but I feel fullerfrom Wendy's breakfast then I do at BK or MCD. Every Halloween I buy tons of those Boo books because my name is Boo. I didn'tknow they expired but when I showed them that I still had 20+ Boo books they still gave me the free frosty.
