I'm sorry I'm not sure what happened with this visit today. Previously visited a Denny's down in Oceanside and had a really... positive experience that we decided to visit our local one in Mission Viejo. Sadly it was a totally different experience. Myreview is primarily focused on the quality of the food. I have to say it was poor, Mac and cheese was dry, salmon was bland andflavorless, chicken tenders were possibly from yesterday's lunch batch. Bourbon Chicken was ok under cooked to be really honestand smothered with that bourbon sauce. The double cheeseburger was actually decent. It was good service. Saturday around 10:30 I would say. Waiting of about 5 minutes before getting seated. The seats in our... booth had food and what looked like water but it was sticky. We asked the host for some napkins or rags, he brought napkins andleft. So we cleaned up our own seats. Maggi was our waitress!! She was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She greeted usnicely, and took our orders promptly. Maggi checked up on us regularly. Food was ready quickly and it was good, not great, butit was good. We enjoyed our time in there.
